Samsung ST550 - dual screen camera.

Has anyone got one of these camera's? Is it any good?

It looks a bit gimmicky to me, but my wife is convinced she wants one for her birthday.

She has a Samsung NV40 and it has served her well, but now after 3 years of abuse it switches off randomly, and sometimes it doesn't want to switch on.
Imo once something like this has been repaired it is never the same, so its time for a new one.

Otherwise, what would you recommend in the R3.5k region

If I wanted to be able to see what's on the screen with the camera pointed at me, I'd just get any point and shoot with an articulated LCD screen like this:

I unfortunately can't think of any models to recommend though
