Samsung T260 worth getting?

I was also looking at the T260, awesome screen. But i managed to get the IC deal today. Unfortunately the waterfront branch has sold all their P2770H units. This screen is firggen huuuuuuggggggggeeeeeee. It is so awesome and i just tried 720p moveis on it and it looks sweet. i cant imagine how awesome 1080p would look on it.

At my work, someone has the T260 and it is also huge. very good. i would have gotten it if this special was not available. At that price u are mad not to get it.
 
C'mon man, just get the T260 already.... it's a no brainer :)

i will only ever let go of mine if i can get that new 32" LED sammy.... but R10k, not in this lifetime
 
No no NO!! Whatever you do, do NOT get the T260!!! It's HUGE, you never find space for it and as everyones has said, massive screens like this are ugly ugly UGLY that 1920x1200 resolution is just way too detailed and much too clear! You will be wasting your money and never be happy with such a big screen. You MUST get a smaller one, the smaller the better.

You could have bought 2 x Samsung 23" Full HD widescreens for R2600 at Incredible with the trade in special. I upgraded to a P2770H from a T260 and its much better. Watch a lot of movies, so no more black bars when watching HD content. Also there isn't that much of a difference between 1920 x 1200 vs. 1920 x 1080. Oh and its bigger :) a full 27" vs 25.5"
 
Thanks guys... I know it is VGA only. Thinking of maybe going with the T models that has DVi as well for a bit extra. Was gonna order today but got caught up so only on monday :(
