Samsung Tab 4 (3g) - Voice calls ?

Hey Guys, First time posting on the mybroadband forum. (normally on mygaming).

Can the samsung tab4 7" 3g , make voice calls in south africa ? (like the tab 3 could do) .

I see it has GSM900 (which i thought was the 2g band we used to make calls in RSA) - I am not very clued up on mobile devices and that.

Been debating wether to get a new tablet to replace my dying phone. But will probably need to answer the occasional phone call (once a week) .

anyone? Was looking at buying a tablet. but thought it would be nice to make sure the tab 4 supports voice calls , because I would probably just a different , slightly more powerful tablet that just has 3g then. (for similar price)
