Samsung tv's warranty transferable?

Hi

Anyone know if Samsung has issues with transferring warranties? If not would a proof of purchase be required when buying second hand?

Any advice appreciated.

1st hand, 5th hand, I'm sure you need to prove the purchase date.

New interface to learn, seems like we'll get on ok
