Hi guys, I'm hoping you can shed some light on the issue I'm having.
I bought a Samsung UA32B6000 LED TV today and unfortunately I can't play movies through the USB port, only pictures or music. Now I did some research on the web and some people accessed the service menu by pressing "info" "menu" "mute" while the TV is in standby mode. They then changed the model type from a UB6000 to a UB7000 which seemed to solve the problem. I did this and it solved the problem in that i now had the option and could play movies via the USB port on the TV. The only problem is that this somehow changed the audio configuration and it seemed like most of the bass disappeared. Apart from that it ran perfectly. I have now changed it back to the original settings in the service menu so as to restore the bass. My question now is how does one enable the TV to play movies via usb without changing the sound configuration becuase it clearly has the ability to do this?
