Samsung upgrade to Kit Kat?

I believe Samsung released an upgrade to KitKat for their tablets in February this year in the USA. Anyone have any idea when we might get the upgrade here?
 
It's been out for quite some time...

Many of us on the forum are using a stock rom (e.g. X-Note) instead of the official KK OS.

Fanie Dry will be able to give you more info.
