Sanral asked to comment by e-toll panel

The remaining Sanral executives have been hiding out at secret safe houses across the country for fear that their licence plates will be cloned by furious Gauteng residents. Only Mona, known primarily for his irrepressible poker faced lying, was able to represent the non-representation of the representative body for road maintenance.

I read the article and am confused.
Is SANRAL going to comment to the panel or not?
