SANRAL secretly raises e-tolling tariffs

The legal system is so backlogged, if they send me a summons tomorrow, I wont appear in court for another 3years.... no worries then.
 
The legal processes to get money from 1 person. I wonder if they will even go through that effort except for the most extreme cases.

They'll set up a special court for this process and increase the tolls to pay for it.
