Sanral will not pursue e-toll debts

The South African National Roads Agency (Sanral) has announced that it will immediately suspend the process of pursuing e-toll debt through the courts.

There are no legal grounds to treat eTolls as debt. They are in contravention of their own laws. They can try, and try, and try but they will never succeed.
