Sanral won’t present to e-toll panel

... and that's because this panel has no legal jurisdiction over SANRAL and SANRAL is not under any obligation to represent to them.
(Which basically means that this panel is a waste of time, other than to make people feel better about themselves).

“No, Sanral will not be making representations,” spokesman Vusi Mona said in an e-mail to Sapa.

Woosy Moaner makes misrepresentations all the time, it's surprising that he is passing up this opportunity to spew forth his etrolling propaganda.

Maybe he is flogging something else other than his dead horse :D:D:D

Do what we say, not what we do!

So SANRAL, this etoll thing - you say it's not important to you? It's not important at all? You have nothing to say! Nothing at all? Not a word?

I feel the same way: this e-toll thing is not important to me either. That unopened correspondence that you have sent - it's not important to me. I have nothing to pay. Nothing at all. Not a cent.

After all - if you don't care, why would I care? Why would anyone care? Who cares?

Why? Because they fall under national legislation. They don't give a **** about a provincial stage production to give voters the false impression change is on the cards...

Honestly, I did not expect Sanral to do any kind of show and tell. It's not like they need to hoodwink any others. Their existence is justified, guaranteed. Who'd dare challenging them?

Too much to hide to start opening discussions.
Too fking arrogant as well.
