Saol 30 Gig Login problems

Well my session reset on my old 10 gig account at 12.30pm. I assumed this would happen with my new 30 Gig account taking place today. However now it fails to accept my login :(

Anyone else who went for 30 gig accounts have problems?

Edit : nm fixed :) Had to add the IPC in Login. However i cant view my stats online :( (www.saol.com ) I did not know i had to change my login, only by luck finding post about the ipc.saol.com

@Borgir, just use your old SAOL username on their website to login to the customer zone. You will then be able to see your details
 
howcome there is nothing mentioned about these 30gig accounts on their website - what does it cost ?

is it not one of them 30gig accounts no p2p ?

AFAIK they had a very limited amount of accounts availible, thats probably why they're not on their site anymore. I think they cost R599, not sure tho.
 
Anyone know email settings for ICP SAOL Network ?:(

I cant email them of course to find out :p
 
mail.saol.com -> pop3 (afaik)

smtp.saol.com -> prefered smtp (afaik)

Im sure if you use this smtp server with authentication, using your user/pass for authentication, it will send without a problem.
 
Apologies to all concerned, when we initiated the 30GB account, the new IPC signon username was not given to the initial batch of clients, due to the uncertaintly of the start-up date at that stage. I hope that all 30GB users have now received the correct signon by this stage, and all new clients are being correctly informed as from today.
