Hi, same problems. They have a recorded message on the support line about problems. I was disconnected last night and lost some of my bandwidth. I have been having all sorts of issues with SAOL lately. They seems to have issues at the beginning of the month. I have been with them for 5 years, and I cancelled today due to the latest issues, and they are not catering for existing clients. I am on their 10GB account, which has not had any price discounts in years.
