Anyone have any idea if the SAOL's latest problems are just their crappy service or a larger problem.
Was transferred off the seacom line yesterday after phoning their support, but then got put on local only adsl last night...
Tried to phone SAOL this morning. Their support line is a VOIP one and breaks up so much that you can't hear anything...
Then tried phoning back three times, and after getting to number one in the queue, the line goes dead.
So much for customer support....
