SAOL ITC smtp problems.....

I have had problems sending mail since just after 10 yesterday.....

I phoned them several times, and each different support person who answers, has a different excuse for the mail not working... It is still down, and the last guy I spoke to admitted that they do have a problem, but surely after 24 hours they should hire someone to come fix their system??

Anyone else have problems sending mail??
