SAOL local bandwidth not working?

is anybody else having this problem? my international cap has been used up and now my local bandwidth has failed to kick in.

Yes its 3 days now and "they are fixing it" I called like 22 times and each time they say it will be fixed within the hour. I'm getting sick of their POOR service. They haven't even replied once to my emails. I need to phone them to talk to some one at saol.com

also called them quite a few times now...its actually unacceptable...they still dont even know what the problem is.

Day 6 and the problem continues! That guy that told me that it would be fixed by yesterday was LYING and I'm actually not surprised cause I kinda knew he is f***ing with me!

And It will last atleast till monday cause there is no one at saol.com on weekends. I knew this is going to happen. POOR to say the least. I WILL not recommend saol.com to anyone!!!
