saol mail service

Anyone else on saol not getting any mail through their servers? (Yesterday afternoon at about 15h00 I got mail from a friend who sent it the night before.) Today I can't even open their online webmail. :confused:

SAOL is .com it may sometimes take a while longer then if it was .co.za? My personal e mail is also .com (not with SAOL) and some days it takes longer then others.

Should that not be discussed with support@saol first? instead of posting something that might once again trigger "hot-heads" to jump in and attack?
(I say "hot-heads" and maybe I was also considered a "hot-head") ... :p

I don't think they'll get my email on their server :D

lol .. true but, when I said support@saol, I understand you took at as an e mail cause of the "@" but I meant by telephone ... :p
 
yeh, speak to their support, let us know if u get sorted out
 
my webafrica email account is fine, had some problems, but spoke to support and they helped me out, give them a call :)
 
Have saol commented on the problems experienced with their services lately?
