Is it just me, or has their service become less than desirable in the last few months with problems every other week?
Today alone, I'm sitting with a half baked internet service for almost 3 hours already.
If it was up to me, we would have moved to another service provider already, but my boss likes his @saol.com email address (even though we have a complete set of email addresses @our_company_name.co.za).
