SAOL vs Telkom

Has anyone else noticed that SAOL s accounts run smoother than Telkoms. Hotmail seems to take longer to load as an example. Has this got to do with shaping and if so why would telkom shape hotmail? Or am i just imagining things ???

AFAIK SAOL is still SAIX bandwidth being resold so it should be the same ?

yeah they one and the same thing, with DSL accounts that is.
