Hi

I have been a client of SAOL for 2 years and have never really had any problems. This all changed this weekend, could not log on to their webmail system. I use this on a regualr basis to check my mail.

It is now Wednesday afternoon and the system is still not working. I contacted support and was greated by a support person who was extremely arrogant and not helpful at all.

I also have an option on my account to get a daily email of my usage to date, this always seems to work in the beginning of the month and neqar the end the emails are no longer received, they also used to send you an sms when you had 1GB and then 500MB left and also when capped, this is also not happening.

I have a feeling they experiencing some issues, since the weekend i am having random disconnects and speed has been slooooooooooooowwwww, I had no connectivity on Saturday morning... experienced auth issues, when supposedly there server crashed today i am getting the random disconnects...

As for service... not very good at all.. still havent gotten back to me... on my problem all be it .. my connection.. is back up and running i would have expected a call...

Their support staff informed me that the web mail system would be up and running by late afternoon. It is now 22h30 and still no web mail. How long can it take? It is going into the 6th day!!!!

I have emailed support and never got a response. The only email I received was my bill for July?:mad::mad:

Poor customer service and lying to customers seems to be the norm in this country.

Hi Guys

Our sincerest Apologies, we had problems , there is no question about that. We did post messages regarding the problem although I am sure we could have been more informative.

All systems are up and running , we have a new interface up and running , which is mind blowing...log in and have a look if you have not yet seen it.

Thank you
Neethi
