Qualifications and Experience Level
- Grade 12
- Diplomas / Degree in IT
- ABAP Certification (prerequisite)
- 4 – 8 years ABAP experience
Type of Exposure
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Business analyst and/or project management experience
- IT practices and Industry Knowledge
- Collaboration across functional areas
- SDLC experience and Agile experience
- Expertise in SAP ABAP HR development including HR Renewal.
- Experience ABAP Object Oriented Programming, WebDynpro, ALE, IDOC, BADI, BAPI, and OData
- Extensive application support background, with experience in managing priorities and workloads and coordinating the resolution.
- Knowledge of SAP support methodologies and tools
- Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent in documenting specification and technical solutions.
