I'm working remotely for an overseas company which I have a contract with, although I invoice them every month for the services provided to them. I also handle my own tax and occasionally do free-lance work for other companies for which I invoice them for. As part of the contract I work full time for them during the day and I also get normal and sick leave.
As the work is remote, I am able to travel and will spend more than 183 days out of South Africa in a year, with one period being longer than 60 days.
Would I still qualify for the exemption?
I've been trying to find out about this, but the information seems to be a bit conflicting.
