I need to submit my 2023/2024 tax return but before i do so i need some advice. I am on debt review. I get a travel allowance on my CTC but because of debt review, my vehicle which i pay for is on my mothers company name. Due to this i was penalized last year and had to pay in. Historically I would always get a tax refund. My question is, is there a way to submit my travel expenses and logbook without me having to pay in.

You need an accountant to assist you here, unless you're very familiar with tax laws etc you're going do something incorrectly and end up being penalized for it.
