I'm going to pop a fk'ng vein.

All their lines are cutting me off from the IVR on 080 000 7277
WTF !!!!!!!
 
on hold now listening to these fk'ng annoying people speaking and playing *** music for 10:00 and counting...
 
At least the music and annoying voices stopped after 20 minutes :)

24.43 minutes and counting
 
Wow - I've only had a good luck with their call centre
 
Don't bother to email them... I sent them a query a few months ago, which they never answered, and a different one early last week which they haven't answered either.
 
hehe Got it soreted, I phoned just before Lunch time and it seems the lines might have been busted or congested. It didn;t let me through in the morning only the obtion to request a tax submition went through :confused:

All sorted now, should know in a weeks time they said.

Thanx Pitbull, I tried to phone them first, but gave up so now I sent them an e-mail.
If I do not get a reply by to morrow, I'll try phoning again on Monday.

I got through at about 11:40 just before lucnh time and it was rather quick. Might just be the shoft spot needed. Try around that time tomorrow :)
 
i have sent numverous mails to them, never had a response...ever...
