SARS compliant invoice software

I have a gardener/handyman and sometimes I use him to fix stuff at the apartment that I’m renting out. I currently paying him in cash but I’m thinking of getting him a bank account so I can eft him the cash so theres an audit trail.

Currently he doesn’t invoice me but what I want to do is to create a monthly invoice or per job he does for me relating repairs/cleaning and maintenance of my rental property. Which is the best software to use for Sars purposes. And what kind details will I need so I can claim his labor as a deduction for income tax purposes. Not looking to claim vat and I don’t think I can since renting is an exempt supply.
