Question: I had to phone the dreaded Call Center, the person said I have a outstanding 2010 submission (when I started work after study) but the website says nothing, what do I do here? Do I just ignore it?
Does this mean that everything was cool with my docs, and I just wait for my refund?Dear Taxpayer

Or do I have to do anything else?

Everything is in. I could fill everything in with, but I couldn't see the calculation in chrome, says my reader is out of date.
Could see the calculation in Internet explorer though.
When I got my IT34 I couldn't open in in chrome, but I just load the page in explorer. Could see the amount I am due in Chrome, so I will check the IT34 later when there is less traffic.
Generally you can use Chrome, but you just have to disable its use of its built-in PDF viewer extension (Google "disable chrome PDF viewer").
That will trigger the PDFs to download correctly rather than opening in-browser, and you can open and view them normally in Adobe Acrobat.
I owe 3c.
R10 IIRCSo how does it work in this case? Can this stand over till next year when you file again or do you really have to eft 3c? Is there some kind of minimum amount before any money transfer needs to happen? (both due to sars and/or owed to you)
Getting back 13,5k no audit - I filed 1st thing on Friday, I suspect the weekend may be slowing everybody return.
Trying to figure out why they always ask me for supporting documents. My refund is mostly due to me +3 on medical aid and over R10k out of pocket medical expenses. The return had the number of medical aid dependants filled in, but not the figures from my Discovery tax certificate - I had to fill them in manually.
What is the majority of your refund based on?

Not sure on the minimum - paid the 3c.
SARS only refund amounts over R100 and payments only need to be made on amounts due over R100.
