SARS E@syfile 2009 problem.

Downloaded this version today, uninstalled the 2008 version, installed the 2009 version, but having major problems.

When starting up I get to the screen where you must enter the password for ADMIN. I can then go to USER1 and set it up and then to USER2 and set it up.

If I then click on LOGIN, nothing happens, which means I can't get in. This happens when I am online.

If I run the program offline it comes up with a window relling me that I must make sure that the easyfile service is running; but it is. If I then click OK the program closes.

So I can't use E@SYFILE now.

Anyone please?

Maybe there is something wrong with the Adobe AIR installation? Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing everything again?

I had the same problem as a result of the old version updating itself. Uninstall, reboot, reinstall - all woking fine now
