SARS Easyfile and audits

Using SARS Easyfile Employer 6.8.3

Can't synch since yesterday with following error:

Duplicate HTTP-based FlexSession error: A request for FlexClient 'E36FF023-7993-4950-9AD6-5046A5F4C6A8' arrived over a new FlexSession 'hDmIl1cIPvjszOoMDsH8duy', but FlexClient is already associated with FlexSession 'VO15A4_aQzxkzqvoesDbAXQ', therefore it cannot be associated with the new session.

Been getting the above error from time to time, but seems to be working better from yesterday.

I submitted 4 companies EMP501s last night.

2 have been selected for audit. Where do you upload the relevant supporting documents in E@syfile?

Action centre in SARS e@syfile application does not give the list of document restrictions that SARS easyfile website does:


I had submitted everything on the application with no further corresponce, until emails this morning saying final demand as I had not submitted.
Resubmitted (on website) now with a screenshot of the submission from the app.

PDF reports out of a payroll system may be password protected for editing purposes - SARS will decline these.

Submitted 201808 half year return last night - 2 of 4 companies selected for audit this morning.

Submitted 201908 and selected for audit on 2 companies like last year.

Also, couple weeks ago, they are re-auditing 2018-02 on one company that was already audited and cleared without issue.

Not sure what they are up to as SARS.
