SARS eFiling login issues

Do any of you have issues logging into eFiling?

The system seems screwed up for me.

1) Each time I try to log in (details verified over and over) it says I've entered the wrong info.
2) When I try and change my password, it says my security questions do not match, but when I re-enter the same info it goes through.
3) Requesting to reset my PW won't work because it says I did not select a valid notification medium (email/sms), despite me selecting one or the other or eventually even both.

It's getting rather frustrating.

I gave up last year already, even called & emailed them.

Gah! I've unlocked my frozen account 4 times now by resetting my password according to their site.

Each time I log in, it tells me I have the incorrect info. This is absofsckinglutely pathetic.

Give them a call in the morning - the staff is usually quite helpful
