Is anyone else getting SMS's and emails from SARS but log in to find no communication at all?

I get one almost daily but nothing new is in my account.

My return has been filed and refund has been paid as of this weekend, I did do a lot of statements of account last week due to change of banking details having my refund bounce back a few times before I verified my new details... can only assume it's just a massive delay due to the large demand at this time of year.

My wife is getting the same, also nothing new on her account.

Just checked, my mother and a colleague are getting the same.

Oh well, guess whoever is selling SARS sms bundles is happy.

Same here with me and my wife. We had a change in address and received a notification about that, but received more SMS's and emails with nothing on their site.

Yes, I phoned them a few days ago about it. Was told it is system errors and I must ignore it. They have lots of complaints about it she said.

Lot of SARS spam (phishing) email and SMS floating around as well. So be carefull.

Same here, received an e-mail to the tune of:

Subject: SARS Notification: NOTICE_REG_CHANGES

Dear Taxpayer, An important notification has been issued and is attached to this mail. Please respond or act as stated on the letter. Should you require any additional assistance please phone our SARS Contact Centre on 0800007277.
Please Note: This email and its contents are subject to our email legal notice which can be viewed at http://www.sars.gov.za/AllDocs/Documents/email_disclaimer.pdf

I didn't do no changes and I can't view the pdf. Says "file is corrupt"

Only thing that is different is the branch code on my banking details. the IRP 5 had the generic code as oposed to the normal branch code.

Haven't tried to phone them as there is nothing on e-filling website under the correspondence section.

I got that one on Sunday. The attached pdf is just dodgey so I mailed SARS's phishing department about it.
Monday I got a more sedate email requesting me to check my correspondence. Nothing new there.
Poor SARS, suffering from a lack of skills again.

The file Pitbull refers to is corrupt, lots of people received that mail on Sunday. Some system error.

I got it once but I went to search of the correspondence and found it and read it and have not received it again (got the SMS on the Sunday after I did the e-filling on Saturday).
