SARS has a new target

SARS has put trusts firmly in its crosshairs, moving to aggressive enforcement with final demand letters and looming monthly penalties that make trustees personally accountable for any tax non-compliance.
 
The only thing SARS does is hound the 10% of the population that is stupid enough to support the government by giving it money for tax and other nonsense. High time SARS is forced to start dealing with the 90% of the population to pay little to no tax other than VAT which they cannot avoid.
