SARS Help You eFile

Just wanted to let you know, I used the SARS "help you efile" option this afternoon.

Basically the SARS agent can see your return with you, and give you help over the phone.

Very easy to use process, and quite valuable help from the agent. I didn't have to wait more then 10 seconds before being connected to an agent.

I would recommend this to anybody who need help filing their return.

I must say, this year, SARS have really gone the distance.
Can you imagine, if just 10% of the other structures of government went this far to ensure things are straightforward? We'd probably overtake China and the USA and everyone would enjoy prosperity.

We would likely live in a very different country.

The process of filing the return has been quite easy for a while now. I normally wouldn't need help. But as i had a new section to complete which i had never previously had to complete i though best to get some help.

I guess if you return is similar to the previous ones, you wouldnt need to test out the feature.

For anybody filing a return for the first time - the service is the way to go. Its free too!

Needed lots of help this year, I phoned in though. Very quick to take my call and answered my question within the minute. The part of the government that actually works really really well
