I wanted to check if anyone else has encountered a similar situation recently.
Last week, when I logged into my E-Filing account, I noticed that all my previous tax return history had disappeared, and it seems like the income tax feature is no longer active. I've reached out to the help center multiple times, but unfortunately, no one seems to have an answer for me.
I was even advised to recreate my portfolio or reactivate the income tax function, but none of these attempts have been successful.
I have a significant rebate pending, so I'm feeling quite worried about this issue.
The matter has been escalated to the technical department, but I haven't received any updates yet.
Could someone please reassure me that they have experienced a similar problem and eventually managed to resolve it?
