Requirements:
- 3-5 years IT Industry experience required
- SAS product expertise - Administrative.
- SAS product expertise - General Product.
- Customer service orientated.
- Infrastructure (server and database) and network proficiency.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Experience in the Financial Services and Telecommunications fields will be beneficial
- Strong analytical skills required
- Installation, configuration and ongoing administration of SAS Platforms, Analytics infrastructure and solutions.
- Integration of SAS Platforms and solutions with other analytics application systems.
- Day to day operational support of SAS Platforms in Dev, QA, Product and DR environments.
