SA's R50-million "ghost train" syndicate

50 millie

I wonder what percentage that is of the sum of corruption within Transet.

If they applied 10% of their expertise to doing the job they were hired to do, we would resolve this problem

But no, greed conquers all

Public Enterprises Minister Pravin Gordhan has committed to improving Transnet’s performance.

Yes, he has done so well with all the other SOE's that is under his control.

These ANC cadres are not just eating, they are feasting.
See that's the problem, in every functional country cadres only steal enough to live off. In SA they steal to become rich at the expense of everybody else and the guys investigating it then get threatened with legal action and told you must let some people eat.

SA's R50-million "ghost train" syndicate
A criminal syndicate has pocketed up to R50 million in kickbacks by running a "ghost train" operation at Transnet, the Sunday Times reports.
Pravin is going to sort out the problem of his corrupt cronies? What a joke! I suppose eventually Cyril will appoint a minister of railways on top of the incompetent and incapable royalty that is there currently.
