Sasol 10ppm diesel

Sasol recently launched 10ppm Ultra low sulphur diesel.

What do you guys think? Will this make a difference to wear and tear on the new diesel motors?

10 ppm is almost at European spec ( 5 ppm) should make a hell of a difference to diesels with closed particulate filters.

You can buy 5 ppm in Europe.

Filled up today, it has replaced the 50ppm at the same price.

If its the same price as 50ppm I might consider it.. MAYBE...

If I can't go to the local truck stop and get 500ppm at about 70c a litre cheaper than 50ppm.

Only if it's the same price as 50ppm. Otherwise I will stick to 50ppm which is already sometimes nearly a rand more than 500ppm - ridiculous considering it probably costs the same to produce....

The retailers get it for the same price as 50ppm, but Sasol can't stop them profiteering.
