An elderly couple here in Panorama Estate Krugersdorp are looking for help with their old age grant ?
I have helped register them on the website with their own email address and password but that's where we are stuck.
Prepared to pay someone to help them get going ?

They have no scanner. Perhaps can I do it from my laptop which has a printer/scanner attached via wifi ?

I have no idea of the application process but if it's just for scanning documents to upload you can use one of the apps to do that on your phone.

Doing anything related to government online is an exercise in patience, it would sometimes require more than one attempt especially where you get stuck with no good reason.
