SAT 3 service distrubutions

Please be aware that we will experience service interruptions, especially in Cape Town, due to maintenance tasks being completed on the SAT3 fibre link between South Africa and Europe.
These interruptions will continue through to Tuesday and the carriers involved will attempt to minimize the impact.
Apologies if you will be affected by these tasks.

Additional latency will be experienced.

3 Feb @ 02h00 - 06h00: (target date) all restored bearers will be normalised. Latency normalised.
