A game lodge in the bundus of Botswana needs a decent internet connection, there is no land lines and patchy edge cellular (even with directional antennae).
They currently have two satellite internet providers, one is very slow (64kbs) expensive, but reliable. The newer "replacement" one is supposed to be faster (2mbits) but due to heavy packet loss runs slower than the 64k link. The provider is useless at solving the problem so alternatives are needed.
Does anyone know of any decent sat providers that are licensed to operate in Botswana??
