satellite internet

I recently moved to shelly beach kwazulu natal.we tried telkom for a adsl line and they declined us with the message "declined due to high cable theft in the area". We tried to look for wireless network suppliers but there is nothing. The only option left now is satellite internet.Which company offers a uncapped satellite internet at an affordable price.
any help would be appreciated

No such animal AFAIK plus latency on satellite is terrible because of the distances involved so gaming, skype etc will be no-no.

What is your 3G coverage looking like at Shelly Beach? Maybe an Afrihost solution would help. It's not uncapped, but it'll get you where you need to go on the cheap cheap

We checked 3g coverage and we have good coverage on vodacom and mtn and tried telkom but they don't have coverage ,where can I check afrihost coverage

afrihost / axxess uses the MTN network.

axxess has better pricing and 3months roll over.

for satellite, only one i know that is "cheap" is Vox, but be warned - they have very hard limits plus installation cost is high in comparison with ADSL.
