price listed on the Website is excl shipping, tax, customs, clearance, etc.Pricing is probably before shipping and taxes.
But it should be a lot cheaper as I seem to recall Japan has that weird taxation rules where cars are pretty much unaffordable once 5 or 10 years old.
Sounds expensive and you end up paying more than if you just went to the stealership?price listed on the Website is excl shipping, tax, customs, clearance, etc.

But the import permit, ITAC form and all the stuff u need to register the vehicle legally, is for you to do.
Well, maybe. The cars i enquired about:Sounds expensive and you end up paying more than if you just went to the stealership?
There are other allowances for imports though. They are a lot cheaper. About 50 to 60% cheaper.
Only if you have owned the car for longer than 2 years in a foreign country can one import it as a returning resident.
