SATRIX IPO any good?

I did place an order for some of the Inflation linked ones but neither of these two excites me.

We have PTXTEN and we have the CoreShares Global Property ETF so I cannot see me buying this unless they do something very different?

Then the Satrix S&P South Africa Sovereign Inflation-Linked Bond I would much rather buy US Treasury bonds via JSE: DCCUSD
 
Almost all the indices have ETFs linked to them already, they are just regurgitating. Nothing really new.
