Satrix website working ?

Hi guys ....

I have a query/question ... I cant see any values on the satrix website if I click on investments.

Any of you guys who have satrix products, and who is registered online ... does the "tabs/buttons" work as usual ?

To test ... does the following load:

Investment Portfolio
Transaction History
Debit Orders

I emailed satrix now 2 times ... No reply. Satrix is known for great customer service ... NOT !

I got really "good service" from them. Requested in May to have my email address changed and they managed to reply in October. It only took them 4 months! :wtf:

The website is working fine for me.

Thanks for the feedback ... when I click on any of my info buttons ... the page wheel turns and turns and turns and time out eventually after x min....

I noticed it on saturday and mailed helpdesk and no reply yet. But i see that wheel spinning issue is sorted now. Their helpdesk is possibly the worst in country as even coj is better.

That's scary ... but glad you are also now sorted !

Their direct service is a bit shocking... had to take it further once.... but the funds do well, worried about cashing in one day though.
