Crown National - they also have a factory shop in Edenvale near the old Modderfontein offramp.

Some big butchers sell em as well (which they buy from Crown or Freddie).

What is the difference between the two ?

The one is thicker :D

ok, so i learned something new today.

"Natural casings are made from the submucosa, a layer of the intestine that consists mainly of collagen. They are derived from the intestinal tract of farmed animals, are edible and bear a close resemblance to the original intestine after processing."
"Artificial casings are made of cellulose, collagen, or even plastic and may not be edible. Artificial casings from animal collagen can be edible, depending on the origin of the raw material."
