Saving an audio note to camera roll

I would like to send an audio note which was recorded in the Voice memo.app through whatsapp but I cant figure out how to get it into whatsapp. I thought maybe if I could save it to the camera roll then from there i'd beable to import it into whatsapp but I cant figure out how to save it to camera roll either. Any ideas?

You can't choose existing audio notes or files in whatsapp, you just can't The camera roll only supports images and videos. You can send a voice memo via email.
