Saving Outlook 2011 messages

Is there a way to save individual emails from Outlook 2011 to document files? If so, how?

what do you mean when you say document files?

If you just want to save it on your desktop for instance, click and drag the message frrom your inbox, onto your desktop, and voila..

Thanks Sparkz. I've been overlooking the obvious.

Document files is the normal documents folder into which my Word, Excel etc files are saved. Like to keep projects and project matter together.

Or you could print them to XPS document in wharever folder you want
