I don't use names and stuff. I use a password generator I wrote myself and generate long passwords example CTfwK0cqSDqdpIsTmvvWbVd7H then copy and paste it into a couple of usb drives and save it. I also keep a print out in my safe.

For those looking for something other than what Windows 11 has to offer, I switched to Thunderbird and it is really great.

Has everything you need and more. Just need to install an Extension called ImportExportTools NG and you are good to go.
