Right, time to get back into shape. Can anyone recommend a decent, accurate scale that does body fat measurements?

There is a talking scale on the market that is pretty robust and accurate. If you weigh more than 120Kg, it will speak out "One at a time please".

Not really hey. I had a Tanita scale many moons ago, and the numbers it came up with were fairly close to what a "proper" body composition test gave me.
