I have seen too many people get scammed out of money in the solar space.

I will be maintaining this post of actual scammers.

Please can you guys post links to stores that are actual scammers or suspected of being a scam and I will try to investigate

http://solarwholesalers.co.za/ (https://mybroadband.co.za/forum/threads/www-wholesale-solar-co-za-is-this-a-scam.1180072/)
https://www.queensolar.co.za (Run by same people as solar wholesalers)
https://www.solarmagitec.com/ (Run by the same people as solar wholesalers)

If your website is here and its not a scam, please prove it on this thread :)

You need to say why the ones you list are scams. Can't just list people's businesses as scams without cause.

Check out Snypers post. More than enough facts there. If they are legit, then they need to deliver Erics order, then I will consider removing them from this list

Hi, I am from Solar Magitec and we want to know who complained to you that they were scammed by our business. It is not good at all to come here with baseless accusations. If this is true, bring the people here so we can also follow up. Don't use this forum for propaganda

That's why it's very important to have something to back up the accusations, otherwise before we know it retailers would be badmouthhing each and having fights on the forum, just like it happened with some installers some time ago.

For sure. We need proof for every complaint and link it to the scammer. Don't generalize

Hmm, this is exactly the kind of attitude scammers usually have so they can pull in more people to scam.

A real business with a reputation would actually be professional.

Bring the proof. I hope that is not hard to ask for

Professional or not he has a good point and that point was raised myself and R13, OP cannot just list businesses as scams without anything to back it up, he promised to come back with something but he never did.

What the Solar Magitec guy is asking for is fair.

The question isn’t the problem, it’s the manner of asking.

Yes, perhaps he is not professional and doesn't have a way with words, but let's be fair to the guy, as much as anyone can accuse him of something the person must bring something forward and the guy must have a chance to defend himself.

It's only fair.

Well it seems there was plenty of evidence in that other thread and there’s a suggestion it’s run by the same people?
