There is a person (or some entity) who either is, or claims to be, Mr Bennie van Heerden, from Prince Albert, who seems to be going around and signing up for accounts at ISPs, with fake details.
For example, they would sign up for a premium type account, use it until it comes time to pay, disappears and then you find out the payment details were fake.
