Scanner for Merc: Nagging Error Code to clear

Hi guys, what do you guys think of : Autel MaxiScan MS300 CAN Diagnostic Scan Tool for OBDII Vehicles.

My engine light went on, and I want to clear it.

Or If you can recommend a good scanner Merc C200 (2002)
